• Buy Now: For all non-pre-save items, delivery is initiated immediately upon successful payment.

• Delivery Format: All digital singles and products are delivered as a secure PDF file. This PDF contains the digital product or the unique access link to your content. It is the customer’s responsibility to download and save this PDF upon receipt.

3. Payment & Security

Purchases are processed securely via GoDaddy Payments and PayPal, supporting all major credit cards. We utilize high-level SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to ensure your transaction is safe. Your full financial details are handled by these secure providers and are never stored on our servers.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate (or scheduled) delivery of access:

• All sales are final. Once a “Buy Now” order is placed and the PDF is sent, or a “Pre-save” is confirmed,
  we cannot offer refunds, returns, or cancellations.

• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-tangible digital product
  and waive any right to a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including music, images, and videos—is the property of Yael James.

• Personal Use: Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Prohibition: Redistributing, reselling, or sharing the PDF or its contents is strictly prohibited and protected by copyright law.

By making a purchase or signing up for updates, you consent to receive marketing content, including music news, merch offers, and SMS/Email alerts via Mailchimp. You can opt-out at any time via the unsubscribe link in our messages.
